MacOS AU plugin fix attempt and VST plugin

I tried to fix the AU plugin not showing up on MacOS and added VST plugin for MacOS. Feel free to try these out if you have a Mac.

Some other changes include gain slider in the web player, the gain can be set from 0x to 3x, this affects also the oscilloscope. I also set some limitation on the web sessions when the user is not logged in so that a single user can’t reserve the synthesizer all the time.

The AU plug-in now shows up in Ableton Live on macOS and works perfectly! Great job!

Thanks for the feedback, it’s great that the plugin now works for other people too, not just myself.
